Our first beer, originated from a recipe derived during the breweries homebrewing past.
Another american pale ale is refreshing and hoppy, with low to medium bitterness. It has moderate carbonation, medium body and a smooth, clean finish.
With American hops, Centennial and Ekuanot leading the way in this beer, we have also added a British hop, Bramling Cross, as homage to our beautiful surroundings.
At 5% it is definitely a session beer, so grab a can, sit back and enjoy 'another' after 'another'.
Welcome to a post Punk apocalyptic mother fucker of a pale ale.

Brewed with Weihenstephan’s lager yeast, and dry-hopped with the contemporary German variety Saphir.
This pilsner combines the light, crisp and clean lager profile provided by Weihenstephan's house yeast, with the vibrant citrus and stonefruit aromas associated with new German hop Saphir. This lager is easy-going but has subtle depths; toast, hints of spice and a zesty lime marmalade character.
Our most popular beer, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful interpretation of a classic style. It has a deep amber color and an exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. Generous quantities of premium Cascade hops give the Pale Ale its fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor.
One hundred and fifty years ago the new bitter beer style, Pale Ale, was so popular that brewers had to import Californian hops to meet demand. Meantime London Pale Ale continues that tradition by combining lots of American Cascade and Centennial hops to give it a complex citrus aroma and bucketsful of local Kentish Goldings to provide the bitterness that makes the style so refreshing.
Together they conspire to assail the nose with a complex, heady mix of spearmint, grass and 'hop sack' aromas, fruity citrus flavours and a bitter finish that makes pale ale drinking a truly rewarding experience.

And this time it is all about the beer, and the beer is awesome! Gone are the 200+ IBUs which brought grown men to tears! Our new Nanny State is 0.5% ABV and focuses on being a great drink as opposed to a great publicity ploy. This beer is now focussed on getting all that is good about BrewDog into a practically alcohol free format. It is a West Coast inspired pale ale with a difference! The beer has 45 IBUS and is brewed with centennial, amarillo, columbus, cascade and simcoe and intensively dry-hopped with centennial and amarillo. The backbone is provided by 8 different types of speciality malts with only 87 kilos of malt used in a 20HL batch (our Punk IPA uses 450 kilos in 20HL).
